CSR Projects that we have done : 

CSR Initiative for Deaf Community

We appreciate the opportunity to work with Lenovo Malaysia to launch their CSR initiative for the deaf community. This is a 3 months project that starts in September 2021 and concludes with a Deaf Community Summit on 3 December 2021

 

The aim of this project is :

  • To create awareness of the general public to be inclusive of the deaf community in everyday lives.

  • To give back to the deaf community by offering them a series of 4 life skill workshops.

 

There were 100 volunteers of Lenovo's employees participating in learning the sign languages and together we produce a music video with the sign language of the song "Million Dreams" for the deaf community. The music video is on AAA Organization's youtube channel - A Million Dream BIM Music Video

 

In each life skill workshop, we experienced amazing interaction with the deaf community to address their everyday challenges and promote learning in the following 4 areas :

  • Emotional Intelligence and Self Management

  • Building Confidence & Growth Mindset

  • Life Management : Branding and Image

  • Financial Management Skills

Donations to Front liners & Students

The year 2020 also marked the starting point for AAA Organization to be the CSR partner for Lenovo Malaysia. Under the donation drive of Lenovo Malaysia, we have organized the needed items to be donated to the front liners at Hospital University Kebangsaan Malaysia and a total of 63 Lenovo Laptops to Good Shepherd Home, secondary and university students from underprivileged families. With these donated laptops, the children and the youth is able to attend classes and take exams online.

From Classroom to Boardroom - a series of talks for Youth & Young adults

In July 2021 we launched a series of monthly talks "From Classroom to Boardroom" which aims to bring awareness and knowledge to assist youth and young adults to transition into adulthood.

 

These monthly talk series aim to empower and contribute to positive mental health for young adults.

 

Going through adulthood can be very overwhelming and stressful. This series of talks was created especially for young adults aged 18-29 years old and we provide a platform for them to gain knowledge and feel supported by AAA's experienced coaches.

We believe in Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability. How do apply or practice these in our everyday life?

 

We have written a research people on Diversity and Inclusion in people management, customer service and relationship for the University of Palermo in March 2021. This research paper was the basis that we share on the topic of "The Male & Female Mind; Empowerment Through Diversity" at the workplace. Diversity and inclusion promote harmony and teamwork in the workplace. With this in turn promotes the sustainability of the organization and its' business.

Growth Mindset & EQ

The year 2020 has been a challenging year for many as we experienced pandemic worldwide.

 

We are happy that we were invited by India School of Management (ISIM) to support the community in Indi. The topic of session was "Growth Mindset for Success". It was an interactive session participate by around 150 people. The session was hosted by ISIM's founder Ms. Sonia Dubey Dewan.

 

We were also invited by University Tunku Abdul Rahman to have a live forum on "Utilizing Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace". The forum was attended by 300 people. We end the session with an interactive Q & A session. The aim is provide practical tips and knowledge to the audience to manage their emotion under the volatile market situation and connect with others effectively.

AAA Organization for Community Well-being was set up by the co-founders of AAA Solutions Sdn Bhd Ms. Ana and Ms. Aida to conduct CSR activities for Community Well-being.

The organization started to conduct programs online and donation campaign in 2020 and it finally receive the approval of the authority as an official non-profit organization in 2021.
