Departing from contemporary belief that development of workforce involves improvement of technical skills and soft skills, we believe that the missing element in most training and development programs is the psychological aspects of human being. Research has repeatedly shown that the greatest contribution to a person’s capability is the “state of mind”. In learning and development, the single most important factor to consider is the ability of the individual to have effective learning, sound understanding and successful internalization of what has been learned.

As such, all training, development and coaching programs offered by AAA is supported by activities and learning contents that are aimed at promoting a paradigm shift in the minds of participants. This is the result of years of joint collaboration between AAA with psychologists and researchers specializing in the area of the human mind. We are proud to share that to date participants of our programs usually experiences “wow” moments of realization that helps to ingrain the learning contents deep in their minds. This is the key success factor of all AAA Programs and it has helped our clients achieve the objectives and results that they require whilst keeping participants fully engaged and satisfied with their learning achievements when attending AAA programs.

Research based Collaboration

with non- profit Organization

AAA is committed to play an active role in promoting the well-being of the society. Towards this end, AAA has established a long standing partnership with Science & Wellness Organisation (SWO), a non-profit organization that focuses on research of root cause of disease and life issues, development of effective & workable solutions to address the related root cause and take corrective actions to improve the lives of people. Together with SWO, AAA has jointly conducted numerous workshops and seminars to raise the public’s awareness about the link between health, work performance and achievement of personal goals.

 

AAA has also conducted workshops targeted at helping women develop and improve their confidence, capability and happiness. Over the years, AAA has successfully improved its learning outcomes in relation to its workshops and development programs by leveraging on the extensive research findings carried out by SWO and the valuable solutions they developed.

At the same time, AAA continues to provide feedback to SWO on the effectiveness of the solutions that are incorporated into AAA’s training and development programs. The feedback forms a crucial part of SWO’s own validation process to determine the effectiveness of its solutions

AAA is also a patron of SWO and actively participates in the welfare activities organized by SWO.
